Getting sample data from Shopify
Note that sample data from Shopify is used to retrieve the relevant product information needed for set up prior to onboarding. Do not use this report to import sales data. It does not account for returns and exchanges. Shopify sales data is retrieved only through the API connector.
1 - Log onto Shopify.
2 - If not already on the "Home" screen, click the icon, top left.
3 - Click Orders from the left menu.
4 - Click on Export (top right of the screen).
5 - Select All Orders and click on Orders by date.
6 - The date range will be the Month to date. If you want to export a different date range , select the date range for the report and click Export orders.
7 - You will see a message similar to this:
8 - You will receive an email similar to this:
9 - Click on the link to download the file.
10 - The file will download to your default location.
