Getting your data from Etsy

1 - Sign in to your account and click on the Shop Manager icon

2 - Click on Settings from the left menu panel

3 - Click on Options from the left menu panel

4 - Click on Download Data from the top tabs

5 - Click on CSV type in the middle of the screen under the Orders section

6 - Choose Order items

7 - To set a date range for the report choose a month and/or year.

1. If you don't select anything the report will contain all orders
2. If you'd like to download an entire year, don't select a Month, just select a Year.

8 - Click Download CSV to generate the report

9 - You will see the following message

10 - A link to the file will be sent to you via email.

11 - The file will be begin with EtsySoldOrderItems. It might contain months and/or years at the end if you selected a date range for the report.

1. for example, a report for all of 2024 will be called EtsySoldOrderItems2024.csv

12 - When you receive the email, download the file to a location of your choice.
